Hey, I was just wondering what kind of excersises you guys do to get your picking hands fingers as fast and as nimble as they are. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mike,
I work mostly on very basic things -- trying to learn to move between notes and phrases in the most efficient and musical way. I feel that having a good grounding in the fundamentals of playing makes everything else easier.
