On A Day In The Sun, the melody sound uses the pitch shifter in my lexicon processor to take it up an octave, and then I've eq'd out most of the high end, to get rid of the wobbly sound that you can get with a lot of pitch shifting.

On Channel surfing, I'm guessing that the 'piano' sound that you're talking about is the tremolo sound. Which is just that - a stereo tremolo patch in the Lexicon...

not sure what the guitar tone is on the rest of Channel surfing - is it the album version or one of a video versions? let me know which version and where abouts in it, and I'll let you know what's happening!

the version of you playing live at troubadour. its on youtube at http://youtube.com/watch?v=76rs7PmoA...elated&search=

and by piano tone i mean those chords you play right after you lay down the slap loop

edit: it just dawned on me that it might sound jazz guitar-esque due to the fact that its on a 6-string and its just played higher......
