Any opinions on the M-audio Octane?

Just like the title line implies, I'm looking for peoples opinions on the M-audio Octane.

I have a digi001 rig into a Mac. The guy I bought it from had something I believe was a PreSonus Digimax into the ADAT input to allow the system to record up to sixteen tracks simultaneously.

I want to do the same and have been looking around for an appropriate I/O interface. On paper, the Octane looks like it would be perfect. But that's on paper. I want to know if anyone has any experience with it.

I don't own that model..

Have recently been working with their customer service/engineers on an install issue.

They have gone above expectations with the serivce (it isn't the fastest).
