cool edit, need help

Does anyone know how to slow stuff down on cool edit and if so does it change the pitch and do you know how to change it if it does? thanks

Yup you can time stretch preserving pitch, or change pitch without changing tempo, or preserve neither.

Menu: Transform>Time/Pitch>Stretch.

Lots of options to choose from.
