Cool edit pro tutorials around anyone>?

So a friend of mine hooked me up with some cool edit pro, and all is good but I really just don't know how to use it, even on a basic level.....primarily i'm going to be taking the songs i make in fruityloops and import them in to lay vocals over them. anyone got a good source for me to find info on how to work the program?

Enable the startup tips and read them, I found they really helped me

also the help menu has never let me down
