check the sig.
did some recording on my bands 16g, and i'm so quiet we had to have the amp blasting (the amp is on post, not pre) loud. i was thinking i either need some kind of preamp to send my direct-out to, before it getsto the G, or i need some kind of mixer to put between my head and cab so i can crank the amp without having to have the cab blaring loud.

any thoughts? any products come to mind?
remember, i need something that is low noise if it is between the amps direct out, and the mulitrack recorder.
