Finally got an R2R

Heh. I put in an eBay bid, almost as a joke for an Otari 2-track reel to reel. Turns out I was the high bidder, so I ended up with an Otari MX-5050B for well under a hundred bucks, shipped. After a few cheap repairs it should be good as new, although it looks a little worn.

I figure I can use it to mix down to, but I'm thinking I'll also use it to track and just take the output into my PC, getting the best of both worlds. Although it complicates the process a little.

Either way, I'm stoked.
