| fostex DMT-8vl, To buy or not to buy?

Hi Guys. I am looking at buying a fostex DMT-8vl for like 175 dollars used. I know I can get him down to 150. This will be my first "box" so to speak and I am going to interface it to the computer so I don't care about the number of tracks. Is it worth it? What are the pros and cons? I have done my research and it seems like a decent box.
