There are a bunch of midi drum loops here:
http://www.ejamming.com/?download_drumloops
you can adjust playback speed in Windows Media player or other MIDI players to get different tempos.
There is also HammerHead drum machine:

Amazing program! You can go to the website and get other drum sounds from their userbank. You can even create wav files to make loops.

Agreed. But based on the OP's aversion to programming, I am guessing the MIDI files will probably be an easier solution for practicing with. Unless you have a Roland card or some other really good MIDI output device, HammerHead will probably sound a little better though. It uses real samples. But you do have to dig around their site to find the right banks to go with the right tracks (though I find that acoustic #2 works for just about any of the non techno tracks). The default install just has some techno dance tracks.

For a brilliant full featured drum machine, I use Hydrogen. Free and very complete - runs on Win, Linux and Mac.

Check out jamstix,http://www.rayzoon.com/buy.html, it's not free, BUT it's the best piece of music software I've used. Take a look, I'm not affliated with them in anyway.
