Help choosing an handheld field recorder
I play in an improv/experimental band.
Since we won't play the same song twice, we try to record everything. I had a tascam dr-100 that broke a year ago and since then, I borrowed recorder from friends. Problem is, all the recorder I can borrow are cheap and un-reliable so we want to invest in a new field recorder.
We'd like something that can record with the on-board mic and the external input at the same time, on two separate file (one stereo track for the on-board and one stereo track for the input)
Right know i'm looking the at the Tascam DR-40 and the Zoom H6.
Do I have other option than these two?
