| If you find a part without any instruments underneath it, you can just rip it to harddisk (as a wav file) and edit it with an audio editor for use in e.g. Acid or a sample player.
If there are instruments on that part, you can try to remove them, but that won't work very good. Maybe you can incorporate the whole sample as a loop with the instrument sounds and build your track around it.
Another way are AKAI sample CDs. You can find used AKAIs cheap on ebay.
All you need to use them in Windows is a file converter like CDXtract or a sample player like Battery, Virtual Sampler, Gigasampler or Halion. Note: You need a VST-capable host program like Cubase or Nuendo for optimal work-flow for the sample players.
