Hydrogen w/ Cubase LE

1. I'm brand new to home recording (assume I know nothing).
2. I'm currently using Hydrgen for creating drum tracks (I love the interface).
3. I have a Lexicon Alpha USB interface (with Cubase LE) on the way.

Can I use Hydrogen for my drum tracks with Cubase?

You can always export them as .wav files and import them into Cubase. You won't get the same transport control and flexibility that Linux and Jack would give you, but you can get the audio across.

you can make drum tracks with the default software in cubase LE. There's a drum set VST, and it's fairly easy to work with.
