iOS Positive Grid JamUp Bass Expansion pack coming!

Should be out by months end or early next month!

If it is anything as good as their guitar emulation, this should be sweet!

They have an SWR Redhead, GK 800rb, Ampeg SVT, Ampeg B-15, SansAmp and Q-tron. I've owned the real amps of all but the Q-tron and B-15. Can't wait!

Well, per agreement, I am not to discuss anything regarding the results of the beta testing...so I can't say much more than I am testing. Sorry folks. It isn't unreasonable and I gave them my word.

What's important is they are BETA testing with real world bass players, not just in house. You are a real person right?

Yea. I'm real....real terrible. Haha.

Nah, I get around. They in particular want me to try it with the electric upright.

When it is to be released, I'll get an advanced version and do a demo recording for YouTube of the bass and boutique expansion packs.

I'm very exited about this new app/ feature! No other iOS software have that many bass dedicated features. Amplitube are a bit "lazy" with giving out mote bass features for iOS,only one bass dedicated amp. Ampkit have only two bass dedicated heads. Even though both have several guitar heads which work great with bass.

I believe that AmpKit is working on something but it would seem that JamUp will be the first out of the gate.

Why don't they want ME to try it with my Ric or my Geddy?
I can also try it with my p bass or my Viola / Hofner copy....

Bump.

Downloaded Jam Up and the Bass expansion pack last night and it's pretty amazing. I am thoroughly impressed by the GK800 and the Mutron II pedal. The SWR and 2 Ampeg amps are also impressive as is the Sansamp BDI. All in all, this is the best iOS option for bass players. The sound looper is quite addictive also

How's the Mu-tron? I just checked it out since the update today and the BDDI sounds great, haven't tried any of the other effects yet.

EDIT: I bought the Mutron pedal, couldn't resist. It is amazingly funky. So much fun, I couldn't stop playing with it. This latest "bug fix" update from Jamup brought them INSTANTLY to the top of the tone heap for bassists. I can't believe how good this thing sounds, and it used to be the app on my phone that I just couldn't bring myself to delete because I paid for it, but it sounded terrible. Now it's amazing!!
