Kristal Vs. Pro Tools LE

My band and I are looking at recording at home. We're completely set up to record with Kristal, and the quick tests we've done show that we can get something we're reasonably happy with this way.

However, I have discovered an opportunity to get my hands on Pro Tools LE and an MBox 2 Mini for a mere $320AU (the MBox 2 Mini alone retails for $450AU over here, to give an idea of relative price).

Is it worth spending the money to upgrade to Pro Tools LE, or will the difference between the two be negligible?

Any help would be appreciated.
