Line 6 TonePort GX or UX1?!

Hey, I was lucky enough to get Acid Pro recording software as a gift and am looking into an interface. I was just wondering if the $89 price of the UX1 will give me any feature that I would be stupid not to get if I were to just settle for the GX? I have the money for either, but if the UX1 won't be too much more fantastic for my needs I don't want to dish out almost twice as much cash. Any personal experiences with with either?

I have the GX and it works great, but I just use mine to practice. I don't have any experience with the UX1. The extra cost is not worth it for my use. The only difference I can see with the UX1 is that it has a MIC XLR input with built in preamp and comes with Ableton Live Lite. I would save the extra dough.
