| Line 8 UX2 Latency Problem

when I record a track, playing along with an already recorded one, the playback shows the new track lagging behind. Very annoying.. The only progress I've made to making it lag free is using ASIO. I use Ableton Light.
Would using a Mic'ed amp instead of plugging into the UX2 remove the lag?
Suggestions? >.< |
