Looking for a purely headphone amplifier

Basically something I can use as my main amp; something that sounds decent and has a few extras, preferably compressor/tuner/metronome and such.

I was looking at the KORG Pandora Mini and Tascam GB-10 but I've heard bad things about them - I'm looking for something that actually sounds decent enough to be used as a primary amplifier since I'm looking to buy one for my new bass so I can learn, but portable enough to carry while using headphones. Of course if it's AC powered it wouldn't matter, just so long as it sounds good.

The Zoom B2 seemed like a good idea because I have a G1 which functions well as a headphone amp for a guitar and has quite a few settings as well, but I'm looking for better options, if possible.

Any suggestions?

The Korg Pandora Mini is a great bit of kit and does exacy what you want. Highly recommended.

Apple found a bug in iOS that caused battery drain. ETA for patch release is a couple of weeks!
Only Apple could get away with this
