m-audio fasttrack pro problem

Hey, for users who got the same M-audio FastTrack Pro, I need your help... I just installed the drivers, and plugged it in, everything is ok, the sound is outputting well, but when I access the M-audio Control Panel it displays an error saying : Device not attached. And appears Device not connected as well on the main window... so I cant do anything on that panel... what should I do ? Thanks in advance..

I break out into a cold sweet when I hear "M-Audio+Problem".

The only thing I can suggest is download the updated manual and driver from M-Audio - if there is any. Check out their knowledge-base as well. There will be an answer to the problem somewhere.

Restart the computer.
