Does anyone have a current phone number for the Mackie parts department? I need some faders for the 1604 VLZ-PRO ane VLZ3 mixers.

I guess it would be best to email them direct on their website..

But do you need replacement fader 'knobs' (as in the plastic bit on top), or actual replacement fader tracks? If its the later, its a big job on mackie mixers, not one for the faint hearted!

Yup, it's the actual fader 'pot' itself and not the knob. I have replaced several on the older CR1604' so I know what's involved. I am looking for the most direct route as the website is a bit vague.

Last I knew, (before I left) there was a repair / parts locale at the EAW facility in Whitinsville. They MIGHT have parts. Either that, or look up a parts list for that model (I'm sure you can find it online somewhere) and just get that part elsewhere...it's not proprietary stuff on them boards.

Other than that, you're gonna have to call Mackie or an authorized service provider.
