Mandriva,Mandrake..etc...

Need a little help here, is there a software package for recording that comes with Mandrake or Mandriva, the free version, and is there a drum machine with congas. cowbells etc..that comes with these as well, please advise, I am still kind of new to this op system. thanks much

I don't have a clue what's in the Mandriva repositories, but take a look and see if Hydrogen is in there. It's the program to use for drum sequencing in Linux. If you just want to do simple recording, Audacity is the program for you. Both will likely be in your repositories, but if not, you'll be able to install them manually.
