I'm looking for something like a metronome where I can also plug my bass into to hear my bass and the metronome via headphones.
(bass>metronome>phones)
Does anything like this exist?

Figured this would be a simple way of practicing without messing around with tons of cables and hearing everything through the same sound scorce

Thanks for any tips

I use a cafe walter HA-1A headphone amp and plug both my bass and my metronome into that - works great...

The cafe walter isn't cheap, but is about as clean and transparent a headphone amp as there is, and it is built like a tank.

Yeah, it's called a computer.

If you're looking for a portable option that isn't a laptop, the Korg TM40 is a combo tuner/metronome with a 1/4" instrument input and 1/8" headphone out. I haven't used it, so I don't know if it'll work the way you're expecting, but I'd assume so.

Órale,
Don't forget the ol' Tascam CD-BT1 MKII, built-in metronome...
