Midi keyboard controller

I am looking at buying this midi keyboard controller for my home DAW setup. I undestand what they mean by velocity sensitive keys but I am not sure what they mean by half-action keys. Any idea?

Actually, I believe it is referring to keys that have a short travel... they can only be pressed half the distance of normal keys.
