Midi Question - computers, keyboards, controllers...

Ok, my Stambaugh is going to have a 13-pin output. An RMC piezo/midi setup. If I also have a keyboard of some type with a midi input, is there a way to plug my bass into that to be able to play through the sounds it has?

I assume I would need some kind of box inbetween the two to convert the 13-pin piezo output to midi notes? If so, what would be a fairly inexpensive (~$500 maybe?) unit to do that. Simply to convert to midi, with no onboard sounds or anything else.

Same idea goes for just going into the computer (Sibelius 4) midi input for entering notation.

The Roland GI-20 would be a good solution.
