Musical Typing for Sonar?

For the brief time I was a mac/garage band user one of my favorite features was the musical typing where you could use the computer keyboard as a midi controller. Does anyone know if there is a windows application that would do this for Sonar?

Hmmm - for me midiox shows up under "Tools" menu in Sonar.
