Need Cool Edit Pro 2.0 manual...

I got this disc from a friend, but the manual was missing in action.

If someone is willing to copy it for me I would pay whatever charge necessary to get this done. I have looked everywhere on line, but the one link that leads to the manual down load in not working.

Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated
