Pass through FireWire interface

I'm not to up to date on the newer interfaces. Is the any FireWire interfaces that have the ability to take the input signal and send it out to a stage mixer as well as a daw program like Sonar producer 8.5 on the computer?

Are you asking about sending out a stereo sum or multiple individual channels?

These are not new anymore, but they do have a lot of options for sound input and options for sound output, both pass-through-analog, and analog after digital processing in DAW.

Check out the Presonus 16.4.2... It rocks!

Plenty

USB works fine for me

Cakewalk, even 8.5 can directly use WDM/KS drivers which are totally generic so you have a lot more options to use about any sound card and get good latency.

Here are some examples, but I assume its a relatively common feature:

Thanks everyone. What I'm looking for is something with say 16 individual XLR inputs and 16 individual pass through outputs while also sending 16 channels of recording capability to my daw program. I'm trying to bypass having to have a splitter snake when doing live recordings.
