ProTools to Sonar

Does anyone here know how transfer protools session files to sonar. I have sonar on my laptop to use when I'm on the road and I want to finish something I started on ProTools. I am using ProTools LE 6.4 and Sonar 4 Producer edition.

Thanks

i'm not sure about PT, but converting each track to a WAV. file is pretty universal.

I depends on what exactly you want to do. If you want mixing capabilities, you'd have to convert each track in PT to a wav file and transfer it that way. If you want to transfer a stereo or multi-mono file into Sonar (perhaps a submix you're done mixing, and are injecting into something larger), just bounce your mix with the correct samplerates and bit depth and you're good.
