software for converting formats

Sign in to disble this ad
Sorry if this is a simple question...I'm asking for a friend who I'm in contect with through email.

He asks me to ask: "Anybody heard of B-format audio? I'm looking for a program to convert B-format audio, stored as a four-channel WAV file, into some more listenable format like surround-sound."

Anyone have any suggestions?
