| suggestions for active monitors

hey - been a long time since i posted in here - anyway, my m-audio quattro has just clapped out on me, so i'm looking into investing in a Presonus firepod, or similar.
that is pretty much set in stone - what i have no idea about is monitors. Presumably, active is my best bet - so if anyone could recommend anything in the £250 price range, it would be greatly appreciated!
I'm running logic pro 7 on a G4 (1.33ghz) ibook.
