Tascam US428

Has anyone used this yet? It's a mixing board w/ 24-bit d/a a/d conversion built in and it interfaces with a computer via the USB port. I've seen some great reviews. I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade to a Darla 24 sound card/interface w/ a Mackie 1202 board or to just get the US428.

i have seen good reviews also, i would go to http://www.tascam.com and then go to the forum on this product in the support area. the reviews are a little mixed there.

Thanks for the response Gruffpuppy. Since I originally posted this I've done some research and visited that site and come to the conclusion that the US428 has enough bugs that it is worth waiting a couple of generations before purchasing one.
