| Not really unless the mixer has the option. I'm not familiar with your mixer, but you can adjust things using your recording software.
To do what it sounds like you want you'll need a multi output audio card, then route the outs to your mixer inputs, usualy this is used during mixdown/mastering with the output of the mixer going to a DAT recorder. Most small time home recorders don't do this due to the cost/time, and you can do a good job without this process.
