Oscar Zimmerman's excerpt books have recommended bowing in them. You can get them from Lemur Music.

There's also Robert Zimmerman's CD(no not Bob Dylan) of excerpts available from Cherry Music. Its awesome its about 60 bucks but has 200 ish full orchestral parts. Well worth the money and all on one CD.
