Portnoi's Creative Bass Technique

Hello all,
I am on a quest to find a book entitled Creative Bass Technique by Henry Portnoi. I have posted on the 2xbasslist, called lemur, emailed ASTA (the publisher, they apparently stopped producing the book recently), and asked all my friends if they had a copy; all the above to no avail.
Do any of you know where I can find a copy?

If you do a Google search on "Henry Portnoi", you should come up with quite a few pages of people who've studied with him (Linda McKnight is one of them). Then, maybe you could contact some of them to see if one of them might have a used copy.
