U.N.T. hosting Bass Day Sat. April 28

Hello bassists,

Just wanted all to know the first annual Bass Day at the University of North Texas will be held this coming Saturday, April 28th at the College of Music. Anyone including teachers, students, and all who are interested in the double bass are welcome to attend. There will be workshops, solo masterclasses, and performances featuring Jeff Bradetich, members of the Fort Worth Symphony Bass Section, and the Fort Worth Bass Quartet. There will also also be an Orchestral Masterclass with William Clay, Principal Bass of the Fort Worth Symphony as well as solo competitions complete with fantastic prizes (two bows from Lemur Music and Free admission to ISB convention) for Jr. high, High School and College levels. Come enjoy the day this Saturday!
