864mm is the length from nut to the end of the bridge or to the saddles?
anyone can tell me?

To the saddle. BTW, the actual string lengths will only approximate 34". The distance from the nut to the 12th fret will be 16", and the theoretical distance from the 12th fret to the saddles is also 16", but that is adjusted for intonation.

btw,
length from nut to saddle could be longer than 864mm but never shorter than 864mm?

You've got it! The theoretical 864 is for a non-tihckness string, and you have to add some for the thickness of the string.
Since the theoretical value of that addition is theoretical, just make sure you've got some 13-15 mm intonation length, from the 864 mm line.

That would be one huge bass.

Actually it's 17" from the fret side of the nut to the 12th fret and 17" from the 12th fret to the saddle. I use 17 1/4" from the 12th fret to the E-string saddle as a measurement for setting a bridge with the E-string saddle adjusted so it's sitting approximately at the halfway point of its travel length.
