4-string accoustic bridge - resource?

I'm looking for a resource that sells a 4-string version of an accoustic bridge similar to this




Sure I could make one myself, but if I can find one that's a production model it would sure save me a load of time that I'd rather spend carving a neck. Anyone know of a source for something like this?
