5 String Jazz

where would i be able to find a pickup cover, bridge cover, and pickgaurd for a 5 string Jazz bass?

also is there any place that sells small pieces of metal about the thickness of a pickgaurd? (thinking of making my own metal part for the controls)

also what are the dimensions of the covers and how far apart are the pickups from the bridge and each other? (need to see if they fit)

**Note: This is NOT going on a Jazz bass, but my MB-5 which has the same set-up as a Jazz.**

EDIT: is there any place that sells the pickup cover, bridge cover, and pickgaurd? (so i don't have to order things from different sites)
