Hello, everybody!
It's been a while since my last project, 4 years now!

I am starting my 4th build, this bass will go to the most laid-back client possible: myself

That's what I have for now, just a design draft:

(please note there *will* be frets, I am just too lazy to draw!)

I haven't really started to acquire wood and stuff yet, this will go slowly but surely.
As of now, I plan to use walnut for pretty much everything, but this can change if I score other nice and dark wood.
If you have comments, question or ideas, let me know

I have all the wood now: walnut body, cap and neck, pao ferro fretboard. Bridge and tuners are ready too.

Ok, wood now

At the left: walnut body blank, already glued
At the right: two halves of walnut cap
and at the bottom two pieces of walnut for the neck



Walnut cap halves laminated to maple:
