54 pbass truss adjust?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi,

I have a Fender Sting p'bass ('54 reissue) and need to adjust the neck truss rod (its bowing a bit) ... can't find a manual for this ...

Apparently the adjustment nut is at the front of the neck (at the body side) ... sooo what I need to know is ...

Which way to turn the nut to "straighten" out the neck ? And if anyone knows of a manual for this vintage of p'bass ?

Thanks enormously in advance,
John.

clockwise = straighter

counter-clockwise = more neck bow

[EDIT] no need for multiple posts
