6 stg pickups question for luthiers

hekllo im ordering a costum 6 string fretless bass and dont weather choosing bart's dual coil or quad coil?
which pickups you oftenly use?

For the price the duals are great, if you want to do crazy splitting and cash isn't an issue go for Quads they are my personal favorites. Also they handle wider string widths like especially when tilted.
