Posted the original thread here about two months ago, and I thought I'd add an update up on here. Decided to build another body, this time out of alder instead of ash, on account that the last one didn't come out to well, and weighed way too much.
Anyways, this time around I had some professional help with this build, the folks at the Charlton Custom Shop in Waterford, CT were fantastic. It came out great, and it's at the same shop getting finished in a satin white nitrocellulose lacquer.
