Yep. That's the beauty of bolt-on.

And I'm willing to bet it will cost as much to fret your fretless neck (and devalue the instrument) as it would to purchase a complete fretted neck.

Yeah- buying a fretted neck will cost the same or less than paying to fret, relocate position markers, repair finish, etc on the fretless neck.

Can you post a pic? just for fun? IMO you should get a new neck with the same specs as the one it already has.

I'd buy a fretted neck! I agree that it'd be cheaper getting a new neck rather than fretting a fretless one. Plus, you can sell your neck pretty fast. Vintage fretless p bass necks are very rare, you can even get a good deal.. I would not do any mods on such a neck but it's just me..
