ACG Recurve single cut 5 for Mark.

Body will be a 4 piece laminate Wenge/bubinga/wenge/bubinga.
Neck
Maple Wenge 7 piece with an acrylic impregnated Ziracote finger board from Gallery wenge headplate bubinga back plate and a mac ebony heel.
Hipshot hardware.
ACG pre-amp.
ACG FB pickups.
Satin finish.

Why the acrylized ziricote?... I thought it was hard enough already for a fretboard just at it is.

The board was originally for a fretless and the acrylic does help with board wear but as this bass is going to be fretted it would have worked out fine without the acrylic.
It was the only ziracote board I had and should tie in really well with the rest of the bass.

Some more work done on this bass. The neck pocket has been cut and the neck dry fitted should glue it up tomorrow.

A bit more done on this bass.
The neck has been fitted and carved and the pickup cavities done.
Some more work done on various basses.

This bass just delivered today.

4 piece wenge/bubinga body. 7 piece maple/wenge neck with an Acrylic impregnated Ziracote finger board.
ACG EQ01 pre-amp with 18 volt supply, ACG FB pickups with coil switching,low battery indicator.
Hipshot Type A Ultralites and Schaller straplocks.
Finish lacquer.
