Acoustic bass guitar dimensions (top and back)
Working on an ABG at the mo for the first time. Just wondering if people could help me with what thickness you'd usually use for the top and back of an ABG?

Mine is thickness sanded to 2.5 mm for the front back and sides. Mine is only half finished, but I have one my dad made that I could take a few more measurements and pics later if you'd like.

Top can be anything from 2mm to 3.5mm thick depending on your bracing. It can also be thinned around the edges. 2.5 to 3.5 for the back also. Sides are easier to bend at around 2mm.
Have a look at this:- http://liutaiomottola.com/instruments/Tinozza.htm
