I own an Ampeg BB4 Baby Bass and I need a new neck and could also need a fingerboard , unless it can be saved. The current neck is bowed. Anyone that you can recommend that can get the job done for me. I'm in Florida but will send the bass to the right luthier, wherever. Thanks |

They're a great bunch of guys who can pretty much do anything to anything. Their breand 'n' butter is basses, but they're hardcore into violins and cello's and the like as well. Look them up and give them a ring. For your instrument I think you'd be better off with an acoustic-focused luthier rather than an electric one.
Upton Bass is another one you may want to check out. Don't know much about them other than what their website says, but they seem reputable enough.

Dan K. | +1 Steve Azola has built Baby basses for Ampeg; he's all tooled-up, has the templates, and definitely has the skills. He's the first person I'd call:

Good luck!
