Another finish question//
 

Hi everyone,
i'm a first time builder, and this forum has been really helpful to me! im into the finishing stage of my build, and i got some questions i hope some veterans might help me with-
1. whats the diffrence between wet and dry sandpaper?
2. how and when do you use wet/dry sanding paper?
3. how many levels of finish you use? (i'm using a nitroclucose laquer) and at what grit?

all extra pointers and tips will obviously be appriciatted
