| any opinion about lane poor and avadore?

I used to own avadore fretless bass w/ wenge neck, and got curious about how'd it sound as fretted bass w/ macassar ebony.
Some people says avadore is kinda 'upgraded' alder..nice mid and sweet sound I guess..
and what would be a good top for the avadore? for both fretted and fretless? I'm thinking about singlecut body..hence it has less attack than bolt-on.
and about lane poor, what make them special than other brand of pick-ups? I saw it on bona's fodera and felt it might be a good choice for fretted bass. |
