Bambook Neck

Hey guys,

I just saw this thread on a blog about a guitar using bamboo for the neck and it sounds interesting. I know Chapman does this for their Sticks but I havent heard anything about anyone using it for guitars and basses.

Check this out:
http://buildingtheergonomicguitar.co...ne-guitar.html

The bamboo appears to be sourced from here: http://www.teragren.com/products_panels.html

I am only an fan of luthiery (I live in NYC, no tools, no room for tools, no room to use tools, etc) but someone on here should try.

It would be great to have an eco friendly product that sounds good too.

Edit: Dang, spelled Bamboo wrong and can't fix it.
