Hey.... I have a nice early 70's Fender P bass that really needs a good setup. Does anyone know a good setup guy in the NYC /NJ area? Thanks!!

+1 on Evan Gluck. Cheap, fast, fun to talk to, and a good setup. Also consider 30th Street Guitars, Rudy's Repair on 7th btwn 48/49 and Alex Guitar on 48.

I would recommend calling him to find out. His most recent setup job for me was around 3 or 4 years ago now, plus I may not accurately remember how much he charged me.
