Blank Scratchplate

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi all, I'm wanting to construct a custom P-bass with the pickups in different locations. This means I need a P-bass scratchplate without the pickup holes so I can cut my own. Does anyone have any idea where I could get hold of such a thing. I've trawled the net to no avail. Thanks guys.

I needed a pickguard for a bass that had no aftermarket replacement. I wound up buying a piece of tort pickguard material and cutting my own.

You'll probably have to buy a blank piece of pickguard material and cut your own from scratch like scootron did. You can get pickguard blanks from Stewart MacDonald.
